The conventional Crank Balanced Pumping Unit, widely known and accepted, is the old reliable “Work Horse” of the oil patch. These units are simple to operate and minimum maintenance.







  Front mounted Pumping Unit

 Sogiant Front Mounted pumping unit is of the unique geometric features. The design of phased crank enable crank rotation angle to be enlarged to around 195 degree during upstroke and decreased to around 165 degree during down stroke. It lowers the acceleration and max load during upstroke, lowering down the peak torque of gear reducer and therefore a smaller prime mover can be used for energy-saving purpose.

  Rear mounted Pumping Unit

       Rear-Mounted Phased Crank Pumping Units

This unit is energy saving type. The movement of up stroke slows down and down stroke speeds up due to changed geometry and specified crank design, so that torque of up and down stroke balanced and the goal of power reducing and energy economizing is reached, meanwhile, the working conditions of pumping unit is also improved. This is beneficial to prolonging the service of sucker rod.

  Sucker Rod Pumps & Sucker Rod

Subsurface Sucker Rod Pumps


The inner surface of the pump barrel is processed with carbonization quenching and chrome plating technology. The pump meets the requirement of long stroke, high speed and deep producing and the advantages of pump is high pumping efficiency, large displacement, wear and corrosion resistance, long operation and easy repairing.

 

   1. Rod Pumps

     Rod pump is also referred to as “insert pump” as it is installed inside the tubing it is not necessary to pull all the tubing out of the well hole when checking the pump, which makes the operation quicker and the service life of tubing longer. The rod pump is in a state of “free hanging”, so it is suitable for deviated wells.

 According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into two types: cup hold-down and mechanical hold-down. According to anchored position, the pump can be divided into top hold-down pumps and bottom hold-down pumps which include stationary barrel and traveling barrel types.

2. Tubing Pumps

   The barrel is run into the well with tubing and becomes part of the tubing. The plunger is run into the barrel with sucker rod, Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod pump, so the pump rate is higher. For some large production wells, larger bore of tubing pump can be run if on-off connector is installed. Tubing pump is the strongest pump. It has large flowing area for fluid and is adaptable for producing viscous fluid.

3. Special Purpose Pumps

   According to API SPEC 11AX, the special purpose pumps consist of Sand Control Pump, Gas Control Pump, Deviated Hole Pump, Pump for Heavy Oil and Hanger Enforced Pump for solving the producing problems in sand well, gas well and high viscosity crude oil. The special purpose pumps have been widely used in the market.

   Sucker rod


1.      Solid Sucker Rod

The solid sucker rod was produced with Friction welding process. The connector and coupling are produced by compressing and rolling machine, which improves the thread strength and solves the problems of broken rod, loose and unscrewed connection.

2.      Corrosion Resisting Sucker Rod

The composite coating, mixed by epoxy resin and 1Cr18Ni9Ti is for salt water resistant, hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide resistant and improve the corrosion resistance of sucker rod and the service life of the sucker rod.

3.      Hollow sucker rod is a kind of special product designed to produce oil with high pour point, high viscosity and paraffin content. The hollow rod connector and coupling are welded to the two ends of seamless steel pipe through which the functions are achieved.

           The hollow sucker rod can be used in:

          A: Inject heat carrier into oil producer.

          B: Produce with electrical heating.

          C: Tubeless production.

          D: Two-grade and three-section water injection.

 It can also be used to drive the PC pump as its high twisting strength and high rigidity.

--AC VF drive Drilling Rig
The mast and all the equipment are installed at ground level and erected integrally with the substrcture.
Single shaft AC VF gear drawworks; main brake of drawworks uses hydraulic disc brake, assistant brake is dynamic brake,meanwhile drawworks is equipped with automatic feed device.
Traveling block position automatic control system,with real time detection sensor and PLC calculation and analysis to control the position of traveling block, prevents traveling block to collide up and impact down” accidents.
Integrated design of mechanical, electrical, digital control and communication is adopted, including up-to-state vector control, VF, digital control and field bus communication technology.

--DC drilling Rig
Parallelogram integrally-raised type substructure can make K-type mast and all the equipment be installed at ground level,it will be lifted integrally with drawworks.
Adopts AC-SCR-DC drive mode and equips with PLC logical controller and touch screen.
main brake of drawworks uses hydraulic disc brake, assistant brake is eddy current brake or EATON pneumatic disk ; Equipped with a crown block protector device (valve-against-overspooling) and automatic feed device.
Rotary table is driven by independently;chain box of rotary table is installed below the surface of drill floor to ensure enough operation space.

--Electromechanical Drilling Rig
The rig is powered by diesel engines ,3or 4 parallel 2000 (3000) series diesel engines + hydraulic torque converter (coupling) + gear box drive.
Drawworks drum is grooved and placed on the rare platform, The main brake uses hydraulic disc brake and assistant brake is eddy current brake. drawworks adopts air clutch for remote control, operating easily and quickly.
Drill floor is box-on-box type structure, compact and easy to rig up.
Integral chain box compound device; mud pumps are drived by cardan shafts.
Rotary table is independently driven by AC VF motors for 0-240 r/min stepless speed regulation; chain box of rotary table is installed below the surface of drill floor to ensure enough operation space.

Drawworks adopts split type arrangement ;main drawworks and cathead drawworks are installed under and above the drill floor respectively;. cathead drawworks. is powered by Bevel gear box + cardan shaft” ,the drill floor is box-on-box type structure compact and easy to rig up.
The drawworks drum is grooved. main brake uses hydraulic disc brake and assistant brake is eddy current brake.; main drawworks adopts air clutch for remote control, operating easily and quickly.
Cathead drawworks is equipped with sand drum and bank brake;
K-type mast is installed at ground level and lifted integrally;
Belt compound for transmission drive. mud pump are driven by narrow V-belt.
